To keep your drinks from freezing, they are being shipped on special heated trucks that only leave on Mondays and Thursdays.

• The Tracking: Your tracking will stay on "Label Created" for 3–7 business days. This is normal; it just means the truck is driving straight to the West Coast hub and hasn't been scanned locally yet.

• The Wait: Expect a total of 6–10 business days for the whole trip.

• The Final Step: You’ll get a real update once the package hits the Calgary warehouse for final delivery.

**US: 

• Shipping Timeline: It will take about 10–14 days for your order to ship.

• Tracking Gap: Once it ships, you’ll get a tracking number, but it won't show any movement for another 7–10 days while it crosses the border.

• Why the wait? Updates only start appearing once the package hits the US warehouse.
